How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Cupidstar. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

I paid, but Premium is locked

Open the app and tap Restore at the bottom of the paywall. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are asked for from Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

How do I change my reminder time?

In the app, tap the gear at the top right, then change the time under Notifications.

I don’t get my daily notification

Check that notifications are on for Cupidstar in your iPhone’s Settings, and that Daily reminder is on in the app’s Settings. Opening the app now and then keeps the next days ready.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. To delete the data on our servers, email us and we will remove it.
